Order Processing:

1. In-Stock Orders: Orders for items that are currently in stock will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

2. Pre-Orders: For items available for pre-order, please refer to the individual product page for estimated shipping dates. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

 

Shipping Methods:

1. Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States. Orders will be shipped via USPS.

2. International Shipping: At this time, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We’re working toward expanding our shipping options in the future, stay tuned for updates!

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

1. Domestic Orders: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Order Tracking:

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website.

• Delivery times mentioned above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

• In the case of pre-orders, please note that shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or production delays. We will notify you promptly in such instances.

• If you place an order with both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may split the shipment to ensure you receive the available items as quickly as possible.
